Connect with 1st & 2nd Chakras

Having a 100% healed, perfectly balanced chakras can appear daunting. I find that most people embark enthusiastically but are under the impression that once they are knowledgeable about a particular chakra they believe it can never again be disturbed- which is completely inaccurate.
Think of your body like a car. Like a car, you need fuel (gas) and the right parts to keep it moving and functioning properly. Unlike cars, as humans, we are consumers and energy pods; we are able to connect and recharge with the world and others through our senses. Sometimes that is all we need to feel ready to face whatever challenges are presented to us.
For the first two weeks, ask yourself these questions first to identify if your 1st and 2nd chakras are in tune with your physical cavity and allow the flow of soul-baring to begin. This is a personal and private journey. No one individual will experience the same situations, however, there are striking similarities in the effects blockages have on your well being as compared to others.
So, before you can master your chakras, you must address blockages and misconceptions about yourself and the conceptual world you perceive.
1st Chakra (Root) – Do you feel grounded? Are you physically healthy?
2nd Chakra (Sacral) – Do you have abundance in your life? Are you an emotionally balanced person? Are you comfortable expressing yourself sexually?
Due to the close proximity of the first root chakra to the second sacral chakra, it is important to remember that the first two chakras have an extreme physical connection with the lower part of your body's limbs including the pelvis and reproductive organs.
One way to connect with both is to find a place in nature where you can be undisturbed and allow yourself to simply feel the wind on your face, birds chirping in the distance and align yourself with the sunset. This is a special time that I enjoy meditation when the world is settling and the sun and the moon can be seen and felt at the same time.
The vibrant yellow and hues of red and orange falling into twilight give insight into the second sacral chakra which is known as your center of the search for pleasure.
An abundance of creativity and strong feelings of intuition are two additional facets of an open sacral chakra. A helpful affirmation that helps center my own meditati0n on both 1st and 2nd chakras is as follows:
“I enjoy life .. I am open to experience true intimacy and to love freely and fully... I am willing and capable of honest and non-judgmental desires. I am free of fear..."
